Dean is an Elim pastor as well as being a coach, media and marketing consultant. His ministry is to help people, churches, charities and businesses reach their maximum potential.

Dean’s experience in the business world, church world and his practical and down to earth faith, allows him to support organisations and people in their mission.

Over the last two years Dean has travelled around the UK providing training, coaching and seminars to enable people to take up the challenge to move into their full potential in life and ministry.
